Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of our dental practice in Jurupa Valley, CA. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain the appointment book while keeping the waiting area pleasant and organized.

You will handle patient sign-ins, document chart filings, assist with cash handling, and support local marketing to drive new patient growth. This role offers excellent training and growth opportunities within a modern, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at arrival and dismissal.
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain appointment book and register patients.
• Cash handling and daily voicemail checks.
• Keep waiting area clean and welcoming.
• Support local marketing initiatives and brand awareness.
• Other duties as assigned by Office Manager or PDM.

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to companyPolicies
• Answering Telephones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Maintaining Appointment Book
• Confirming Appointments
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Register Patients on sign in sheet
• Chart Filling
• Cash Handling
• Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
