Our Life Plan Community, Westminster Woods on Julington Creek, is situated in a beautiful waterfront setting that offers a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. We currently have anopening for a Part-time Receptionist working approximately 15 hours/week. This position operates a switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Acts as the front desk receptionist. Monitors the public address and emergency alerting system.

RECEPTIONIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages.
  • Answering visitors’ inquiries about the community and directing them to their destination.
  • Sorting and handing out incoming US Mail. Receive incoming packages from couriers, such as FedEx and UPS.
  • Setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks as assigned by management.
RECEPTIONIST QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three months related experience
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred.
