Wedgewood Garden Care Center is seeking a warm, organized Concierge to be the first contact for residents, families, and visitors at our skilled nursing facility. You will greet people, answer calls, and support admissions and front desk tasks to ensure a welcoming environment.

This on-site role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities extending to coordinating visits and resident services as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including Excel; may cover the medical records department as needed.
