Job summary

Cayuga Health is hiring a Patient Services Representative for our Ithaca, NY practice. The role supports physicians and mid-level providers with clinical and clerical tasks and helps patients with administrative needs. You will check in patients, verify demographics, collect balances, and assist with scheduling tests and procedures.

Strong computer skills and a HS diploma are required. Experience with Medent EMR and Microsoft Office is preferred.
