Job Description

• Greet clients/customers in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Answer all incoming calls and forward them and/or mailbox messages to the appropriate person.
• Data entry and completing special projects, when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior receptionist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 12pm-8pm.
