Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial in Frisco, TX is hiring a Receptionist to deliver courteous front-desk service in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The receptionist will handle calls, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks within a collaborative USPI-affiliated facility.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, professional phone etiquette, and a welcoming demeanor to support patients, families, and clinical staff in a high-quality care setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of surgery center experience preferred.
• Medical Terminology preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Determine the caller's needs and direct to the appropriate person.
• Interface with patients, families, physicians and staff cordially.
• Admit patients and process paperwork.
• Enter patient demographics/information in the system.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties for the Business Office.
