CorVel in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to provide general office support, answer incoming calls, direct them to the right associates, and assist with mail distribution in a fast-paced environment.
This onsite role requires professional communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask while welcoming visitors and enforcing security procedures.
The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing them to appropriate associates, mail distribution and maintaining security by following procedures; issuing visitor access cards as appropriate.
This is an onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
