Job summary

Winter Garden Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly Receptionist (Part Time) to serve as the first point of contact for guests, patients, and families. You will greet visitors, answer calls, route inquiries, and support nursing and administrative teams to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and 1–3 years of customer service. Bilingual skills are a plus.

The Receptionist plays a key role in supporting guests, patients, and families by delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and works closely with nursing and administrative teams to ensure a positive experience for all individuals entering the facility. The Receptionist also assists patients and families with questions or concerns that may arise during their stay.
