Job summary

RV Country in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet customers, vendors and guests and provide directions at our dealership. The role requires a professional, energetic office presence with strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.

You will handle phone calls, mail, and supporting staff with clerical tasks to keep the front desk running smoothly. Previous receptionist experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Provides support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos for quick processing to our website and DMS.
• Additional duties as assigned

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to customers, vendors, and other guests of RV Country. The receptionist is the first point of contact with our dealership and is expected to be friendly, positive, professional and energetic.

Job Responsibilities

• Greets customers, vendors and guests.
• Determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff. Take messages as necessary.
• Receives and distributes mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.

Requirements
