Job summary

RV Country Arizona LLC in Flagstaff is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet customers, vendors and guests, answer calls, route inquiries, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude. High school diploma required; prior receptionist experience preferred.

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to customers, vendors, and other guests of RV Country. The receptionist is the first point of contact with our dealership and is expected to be friendly, positive, professional and energetic.

Job Responsibilities

• Greets customers, vendors and guests.
• Determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff. Take messages as necessary.
• Receives and distributes mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Provides support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos for quick and efficient processing to our website and DMS.
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience
