Job summary

Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an energetic part-time Receptionist to cover evening shifts from 4:30 to 9pm. You will manage calls, greet visitors, handle mail and data entry while maintaining a professional front-desk presence in a senior living environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, neat appearance, and 50 WPM typing. Competitive pay based on experience and tuition reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Office Management and Bookkeeping preferred.
• Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Type at least 50 WPM.
• Operate multi-line telephone system and paging system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Neat in appearance and well-groomed.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
• Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Send and receive/route incoming faxes.
• Responsible for outgoing mail and sorting/routing incoming mail.
• Maintain fax and postage machines
• Data entry as assigned
