Fair Oaks Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fairfax, VA is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. You will greet residents, families and visitors, answer calls, and maintain a professional reception area while coordinating messages and information.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a healthcare environment. Evening shifts and teamwork are essential components of this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional and welcoming attitude.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work evening shifts.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Assist visitors and provide information as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
• Monitor visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Take and communicate messages to appropriate staff members.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Respond to questions and direct concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience

Carlin Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. If you enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service, we would love to have you join our team!

What You'll Do

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
