The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment orders.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
