We are seeking a Shop Service Technician with heavy equipment experience to service various types of material handling equipment and forklifts in our newest branch in Huntington, West Virginia. This position will require a candidate who can work with limited supervision and has the ability to think and operate independently. Must have your own tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect, diagnose, and service heavy lift equipment (diesel, electric, or LP) to diagnose technical problems
• Determine required repairs
• Maintain equipment service records
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks
• Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper performance and compliance with the manufacturer's specifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior mechanical and technical experience on large mobile equipment
• Hydraulic and diesel experience necessary
• Strong electrical aptitude necessary
• AC electrical drive experience necessary
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check
