• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming front office environment.
• Manage meeting room setups, client check-ins, and hospitality.
• Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and basic admin tasks.
• Support the operations team with light clerical responsibilities.
• Deliver an exceptional first impression to everyone who walks through our door.
