Responsibilities

• Ensure every client interaction is warm, welcoming, and exceeds expectations.
• Conduct quality checks on every client meeting and experience.
• Grow lasting, personal relationships with all clients.
• Ensure clients feel valued and well cared for.
• Prepare and deliver quality reports with actionable steps for improvement.
• Manage CRM and keep client profiles up to date.
• Evaluate and improve internal processes affecting the client journey.

Main Responsibilities:
