Receptionist
Position: Receptionist | Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 13-Hour Shifts
About the Role
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors — the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys purposeful work.
No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills we’re looking for — we’ll teach you everything else.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and assist with forms
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk area
- Use digital tools and office systems efficiently
- Support teammates and adapt to changing needs
What You Bring
- A people-first attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and scheduling systems
- Willingness to learn new processes and tools
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED

Job Compensation
In accordance with Colorado's EqualPay for Equal Work Act this position pays $19.50 hourly.
