PostcardMania in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Receptionist to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. You will ensure calls are answered live, gather caller information, and route inquiries to the correct departments following established protocols.

The position offers in-office work Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm, with benefits including health and wellness perks and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly with a warm, professional greeting.
• Collect and verify caller information to ensure accurate call routing.
• Follow call-handling protocols to deliver a consistent caller experience.
• Calmly and professionally assist unhappy or frustrated callers and connect them with the right team member.
• Support the team with light administrative or special projects as assigned.
• Work closely with other receptionists and the broader PostcardMania team.

Your Mission

As a Receptionist, your primary responsibility is to ensure every incoming call is answered live and handled in a brief, purpose-driven manner. You’ll gather accurate information from callers and confidently route them to the correct person or department, following our established call-handling protocols. You’ll also assist with small, assigned projects as needed. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency matter — and there’s never a dull moment!

$15 / Hour

Schedule

In-Office | Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm
