Job summary

PostcardMania, via its PCM Integrations division, seeks a Direct Mail Advisor to guide clients through setting up and sending their first campaigns, and to connect their tools for ongoing usage. You’ll grow with a dynamic, high-energy team and receive on-the-job training.

Starting pay is $19/hr with a bonus and a path to $21/hr after a 90-day review, with paid training included. Excellent communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Be a clear communicator who can explain software simply to non-technical users.
• Naturally curious and coachable with the ability to pick up new software quickly.
• Organized, able to juggle quick orders and longer setup conversations.

Responsibilities

• Guide users through basic setup and getting their first campaign out the door.
• Close users on ongoing usage, not just one-time orders.
• Keep records of orders, setups, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.
• As you grow, close and support partner agencies managing direct mail for multiple clients.

We integrate with software companies, CRMs, and marketing tools across the country and help them provide value by mailing smarter, faster, and easier than ever.

Your Mission

As our Direct Mail Advisor, your mission is to help our clients win with direct mail. You'll guide users through setting up and sending their first campaigns, get them comfortable connecting our platform to the tools they already use, and help them build habits that turn a one-time order into ongoing usage. As you grow in the role, you'll take on more - including working with partner agencies who manage direct mail on behalf of their own clients.

Compensation

$19 + bonus to start (goes up to $21/hr after training with 90 day review) Paid training included

Who You Are

• A confident communicator—phone, email, and video
• Organized enough to juggle a mix of quick, simple orders and longer setup conversations without dropping the ball
• Comfortable asking questions, recommending a next step, and asking for the close
• Bonus if you've worked in marketing or customer success before—SaaS or CRM experience is a plus, but not required
