Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is hiring at its Syracuse location for a front desk role. You will greet patients, register, handle calls, process payments, and manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

We offer competitive compensation starting at $17 per hour, plus medical benefits, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, education opportunities, and a monthly performance-based bonus as we expand our presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to manage high call volume.
