Job summary

Peregrine Shaker in Albany, NY is seeking a dedicated receptionist for a part-time role. The position covers front-desk duties, greeting residents and visitors, and supporting sales, marketing, and the business office. The schedule rotates weekly (Week 1: M-TH, Week 2: Tue-Fri 10am–3:30pm). Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour and includes generous PTO, holidays, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience answering telephones or in a customer service position preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact at the Communities for our customers through telephone and in-person communications.
• Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, and family members, addressing questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales, marketing and the business office.
• Positively interacting with all visitors, current, and prospective residents.

Receptionist Education & Experience:
