Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in the Albany area is seeking a Waitstaff/Server to provide a high level of dining service for residents, set tables to Peregrine standards, and assist with serving beverages and menus.

The position is full-time and on-site in Slingerlands, NY, with benefits and opportunities to contribute to a restaurant-style dining program for senior residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards.
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested.

Waitstaff/Server.

Waitstaff/Server Responsibilities include:

Waitstaff/Server Education & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in the food service industry preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
