Job summary

Nexus Health is seeking a part-time receptionist for weekends at our rehabilitation facility in Cahokia, IL. You will greet visitors, answer calls, process applications, and perform light clerical tasks to support daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, typing 45 wpm, and a passing score on an assessment. One year of experience is preferred. Join a team-focused environment with employee appreciation events.

• Type 45 net words per minute.
• Passing score on Assessment Survey Test.
• One year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, vendors and family members of residents.
• Answer telephone calls to the main telephone for the facility.
• Accept applications for employment from candidates and notify the Director of Nursing or designee of the applicant’s presence.
• Type facility log sheets.
• Provide clerical support services as assigned.
