Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients, manage phones, schedule appointments, and register patients at the point of contact. The role ensures smooth clinic flow and accurate demographic processing in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.
• Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care.

• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information
