Aston Group is seeking a Receptionist to welcome patients, visitors, and staff, delivering courteous service and directing inquiries to the appropriate team. The role requires clear communication and a friendly demeanor in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling mail and deliveries while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks in cooperation with nursing and administrative teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Receptionist

The Receptionist plays a key role in supporting guests, patients, and families by delivering consistent, high‑quality customer service. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and works closely with nursing and administrative teams to ensure a positive experience for all individuals entering the facility. The Receptionist also assists patients and families with questions or concerns that may arise during their stay.
