Job summary

The Avenue at Broadview Heights is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility dedicated to comfort, dignity, and healing. We are seeking a friendly receptionist to greet residents, families, staff, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.

As the first point of contact, you will manage phone lines, assist with inquiries, and coordinate with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Screen and route telephone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
• Answer questions promptly, courteously, and accurately
• Route deliveries and relay information to staff as needed
• Maintain accurate resident census and updated contact lists
• Operate facility paging and telephone systems
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Direct residents and visitors to appropriate individuals
• Investigate and route complaints appropriately
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and teamwork

The Days and hours are Sunday 9-5:30p, Monday - Wednesday 3-8p must be flexible to occasionally work days or other nights.
