Join our team at Brighton Post Acute as a Receptionist, proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with hours from 7 AM to 3 PM for full-time and 3 PM to 7 PM for part-time.

This role is vital in supporting our residents and staff through professional office operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.

$15.49 to $22 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Receptionist:

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.
