Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first smile our customers see and the first voice they hear in a busy dealership setting.

You will greet showroom guests, manage calls, identify needs, and connect customers with the right team. Strong communication and tech skills are essential, with attention to detail in all admin tasks.

• Warm, friendly personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Confident, professional communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Tech-savvy with strong multitasking abilities (internet, MS Outlook, dealership systems).

Responsabilités

• Greet showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the right team members.
• Accurately take and relay messages while maintaining organized communication.
• Enter and update customer information in dealership systems.
• Support day-to-day administrative and front-desk operations of the dealership.
