Job summary

Hondru Auto Group is seeking a Reception Specialist to join the team in a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm with Saturdays optional, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. You will greet customers, direct calls, and handle transactions in a professional environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers, processing payments, and general office duties. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within the dealership group.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner
• Assist customers with cash, check, and credit card transactions
• Accounts Receivable
• Close out invoices via the computer
• General office duties, including filing, making copies, and scanning documents
• Other duties as needed
