Reliable Subaru in Springfield, MO is seeking a go-getter as a Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service and a winning attitude to greet prospects and customers, answer calls, and direct them to the right person. The role requires basic accounting skills in accounts receivable and payable, collaboration with sales and internal teams, scheduling and confirming sales appointments, and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, and direct them to their destination. You will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. andSaturday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Pay: $17 / Hour
