Job summary

Hondru Auto Group is seeking a Reception Specialist for a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, with optional Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. This role focuses on greeting customers, routing inquiries, and supporting daily office operations to ensure a professional showroom experience.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with transactions, managing invoices, and coordinating with departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Ability to effectively share information with co-workers and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient with 10-key calculator and copy machine.
