Allied Universal in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Security. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform, designed to provide reliable hours and help you earn more while gaining hands-on security experience.

Responsibilities include greeting tenants and visitors, monitoring access, and coordinating with site management. Minimums: 18+, HS diploma, background check, and drug screen as required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors with security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Staff the front desk professionally, greet visitors, and maintain sign‑in and access records.
• Monitor access, verify visitor credentials, and coordinate with building management.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following escalation procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and report security concerns.
