Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify IDs and access credentials, and maintain records.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and document actions.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, and emergency responders about security concerns.
