Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, Colorado is seeking a Reception Host & Driver. You will welcome guests, provide shuttle services to Telluride and Montrose airports, handle luggage, and offer warm, professional service to create memorable arrivals.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least 5 years of driving experience, and a customer-focused mindset. We offer strong benefits, learning programs, and opportunities to grow within the property and across Fairmont hotels worldwide.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• 21 Years of age or older with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Previous experience in guest services department preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and comfortable shuttle transportation to and from the Telluride and Montrose airports.
• Ensure timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages, and other items.
• Provide personalized room orientations in a warm and professional manner.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Attend scheduled departmental meetings.
• Assist Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative and helpful manner.
• Follow all departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a welcoming presence in the Reception Area as an ambassador of the property and brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to)

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift

• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Additional Information

Visa Requirements:Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage:$20.02/hr
