Job summary

Vesta Home in Hayward, CA is seeking a warehouse inventory specialist to manage stock, perform data entry in WMS platforms, and ensure accurate cycle counts.

You will load/unload, assist in QC, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment while following SOPs and collaborating with the team. HS diploma required; 2 years inventory experience preferred; benefits include health insurance, 401k, holidays, PTO, maternity leave, and training.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand handling and protection of products.
• Perform basic cleaning and refurbishing of products.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks/containers.
• Assist with quality control and inventory accuracy.
• Data entry and system updates on WMS platforms.
• Conduct daily warehouse cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across WMS and physical locations.
