Bioventus LLC is seeking a Receiving & Warehousing Specialist in Memphis, TN to ensure smooth material flow from intake to dispatch. You will verify shipments in SAP, manage stock locations, and uphold safety and accuracy across the warehouse.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and SAP proficiency, with strong inventory management and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1+ years of SAP proficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, receiving, and returns.
• Proven warehousing and receiving expertise.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Verify incoming shipments against PO and packing slip, label as needed, and process receipts in SAP.
• Ensure documentation is presented for receipts.
• Manage bin locations and optimize space with physical and systematic transfers.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per standards.
• Obtain forklift certification to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Identify receiving discrepancies and communicate with correct personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve receiving accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold safety standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
