Job summary

Quanta Nashville is seeking a Warehouse Operator 2 to ensure inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and transact parts in SAP. You will label, package, and update QWMS while supporting shipping/receiving and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include executing inventory transactions, documenting goods received, and assisting in process improvements. A forklift certification and strong teamwork are preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a warehouse setting.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory-control experience.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel; basic SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Verify cycle counts for the assigned area and reconcile data.
• Review cycle count data and analyze discrepancies.
• Pick and kit high value parts for orders.
• Schedule receiving/delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform SAP transactions and update records in QWMS.
• Communicate status of parts and shipments via email to managers and customers.
• Train personnel on proper procedures and safety rules.
