Bioventus LLC is seeking a Receiving & Warehousing Specialist in Memphis, TN to ensure smooth material flow from intake to dispatch. You will verify shipments in SAP, manage stock locations, and uphold safety and accuracy across the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against PO and packing slip, label as needed, and process receipts in SAP.
• Ensure documentation is presented for receipts.
• Manage bin locations and optimize space with physical and systematic transfers.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per standards.
• Obtain forklift certification to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Identify receiving discrepancies and communicate with correct personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve receiving accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold safety standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

This role is pivotal in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating efficient supply chain operations.What you'll be doingVerify incoming shipments against purchase order and packing slip, perform labeling, if needed, and process the receipt of product systematically in SAP and physically perform the put away.Ensure all proper documentation is presented, if needed for receipts, with each receipt performed.Manage bin locations within the stockroom and distribution, optimizing space and accessibility with physical and systematic transfersExecute regular physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with established housekeeping and safety standards.Obtain and maintain forklift certification to safely operate material handling equipment. Identify and communicate receiving discrepancies, damaged materials, and inventory concerns to the correct personnel.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance receiving accuracy, efficiency, and warehouse organizations, such as providing support to scrap.Uphold and promote safety standards, ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with relevant regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and internal controls applicable to their role.Other duties as assigned.What you'll bring to the tableHigh School diploma required.1+ years of proficiency in SAP.Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, receiving, and returns.Proven expertise in warehousing and receiving, coupled with the capacity to inspire and work cohesively with various internal and external stakeholders.Effective communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
