Qualifications

• 3+ years in the Consumer Manufacturing Industry
• ≥1 year in a supervisory role
• Proven documentation skills for logistics operations and inventory control
• Experience with inventory scanning systems preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to build and maintain an engaged, high-performing team
• Forklift certification required

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities, including unloading and issuing ingredients
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, secure warehouse
• Manage FEFO organization and proper labeling of ingredients
• Document all outgoing ingredients and maintain accurate records
• Count inventories accurately and report discrepancies promptly
• Coordinate with manager and buyer on inventory status and issues
• Communicate clearly with team and senior management; troubleshoot problems as they arise
