Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s in logistics/supply chain a plus.
• 2+ years receiving/warehouse leadership with Sort & Segregate, BOPUIS fulfillment, AP reconciliation, and vendor credit pursuit.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving/Warehouse associates and Delivery Drivers; train, schedule, and coach.
• Audit receipts; ensure 100% high-value receipts and 30% of all receipts with accuracy.
• Oversee Sort & Segregate; manage BOPUIS accuracy, holds, and staging.
• Coordinate delivery scheduling, contractor will-calls, and store transfers.
• Pursue credits from vendors and publish weekly dashboards on key metrics.
