• Maintains storage areas with respect to sanitation, temperature, and humidity; uses FIFO to rotate stock.
• Operates forklift and pallet jacks; assists with warehouse duties as needed.
• Verifies food and beverage deliveries for correct corporate specifications.
• Attends departmental meetings to facilitate information flow across the property.
• Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of departmental records and reports.
