Job summary

Hartville Hardware is seeking a part-time Upper Warehouse/Receiving Team Member to join the team in Hartville. You will handle receiving, unloading, stocking and putting away merchandise with a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable with becoming certified on the Tow Motor.
• Must be a minimum age of 18.
• Basic working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of merchandise received.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including sweeping, dusting and disposing of packaging materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jackets, trash compactor, cardboard crusher in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Transport product to specific departments.
