Job summary

Unique Industries, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for First Shift in the Virginia warehouse. The role will supervise day-shift staff, coordinate activities with the department manager, and ensure accurate processing of orders.

You will train new hires, monitor safety, and drive continuous improvement in processes. The ideal candidate has distribution/manufacturing experience, strong MS Office and JDE/WMS skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and delegate in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of JDE/WMS is essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager/Sr. Lead in organizing staff duties to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in work orders and proper record keeping.
• Troubleshoot process issues and relay findings to supervisor.
• Provide training and performance feedback to employees.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across all orders.
