Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks a Receiving Supervisor for the Manatee Distribution Center to lead the inbound flow, verify shipments, and maintain organized paperwork and records.

You will ensure SOP adherence, drive accurate receiving, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules. The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse receiving leadership, stand-up forklift certification, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a warehouse receiving department or similar high-volume receiving operation.
• Stand-up forklift certification.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the receiving process from start to finish, following SOPs.
• Maintain a safe working environment and PPE compliance.
• Count and verify inbound material against packing slips and PO docs.
• Oversee put-away, labeling, and system receipt of materials.
• Train teammates on SOPs, processes, and equipment.
• Monitor dock operations and escalate aging issues as needed.
• Communicate with Purchasing, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
