Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Supervisor in Sugar Land, Texas to manage daily receiving operations, verify shipments, and ensure accurate put-away. The role supports production and internal customers while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position pays $16.00–$19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, and eligibility for service bonuses and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Prior warehouse, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with stocking, loading, shipping, and receiving processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily receiving operations to ensure accurate, on-time receipt and put-away.
• Verify incoming shipments against documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Record transactions in SAP, MES, and GR files within the department folder.
• Resolve shipment-related issues with carriers and internal teams.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, and labeling processes in receiving.
• Provide guidance and training to receiving staff to meet targets.
• Monitor safety compliance and report incidents to management.
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet department objectives.
