Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Ashland, AL is seeking a Stocking Associate to perform merchandise stocking in Receiving and on the Sales Floor. You will organize back stock, replenish shelves, unload trucks, and keep areas neat and well stocked.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, ability to read UPC labels, operate a POS system, and work well with managers and customers. You’ll be part of a busy retail team with physical requirements and opportunities to learn

Qualifications

• Reads UPC labels and stocks merchandise accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service and ensures a positive shopping experience.
• Organizes and manages back stock daily.
• Replenishes products on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Maintains product knowledge and training progress.
• Keeps up with advertised sales and plan-o-grams.
• Assists with pricing and signing.
• Keeps the work area clean and well stocked.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
