Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Receiving Clerk to perform receiving area duties, including unloading trucks, stocking and pricing merchandise, and processing returns. The role supports a strong customer service focus and maintains a neat, safe Receiving area.

The candidate will interact with associates, follow company policies, and stay informed about current sales promotions while ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks and stocks merchandise.
• Prices and tickets merchandise; processes returns.
• Maintains Receiving area layout as directed by Corporate office.
• Interacts with colleagues in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, and safe.
• Follows all company policies and procedures; stays aware of advertised sales.
