Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Stocking Associate to perform merchandising stocking duties in Receiving and on the Sales Floor. You will unload trucks, replenish shelves, and maintain back stock per Merchandising guidelines while delivering friendly customer service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, operate the POS system, read UPC codes, and communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate to the store's POS system.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Supports a strong commitment to customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience.
• Organizes and manages back stock daily.
• Replenishes product on shelves and in back stock per Merchandising guidelines.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
