Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Stocking Associate to perform merchandise stocking duties in Receiving and on the Sales Floor. You will replenish shelves, manage back stock, unload trucks, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, adherence to merchandising guidelines, and a proactive approach to pricing and sign maintenance. This is a part-time, on-site position within our store network.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Organize and manage back stock daily.
• Replenish product on shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge through training.
• Keep work area clean and stocked with supplies.
