Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the entire shift of the warehouse operation on day-to-day activities.
• Check in the driver, load the truck with BOL using FIFO, print BOL, and sign out the driver.
• Load, unload, and pre-stage finished goods and ingredient loads.
• Ensure product rotation and correct tagging; monitor packaging and shipping quality.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and communicate findings; coordinate clean-up and address gaps.
• Train new employees and provide feedback to management on performance; ensure food safety compliance.
